You can help Saint Frances Animal Center by donating used shoes

Saint Frances Animal Center is in the middle of its fall fundraising event, and you can use your old shoes to help them care for the pets at their facility.
The “Shoe us the Love” shoe drive continues through October 30.
It’s a great time to clean out your family’s closets and get your friends to clean theirs too.
In partnership with Funds2Orgs, Saint Frances Animal Center asks that you bring your family/friend/neighbor’s new or lightly worn shoes to one of our drop-off points and drop them off in the designated receptacle.
Saint Frances Animal Center will collect the shoes and Funds2Orgs will then collect the shoes during the first part of November. The shoes are refurbished and shipped around the world to developing countries to help create micro-enterprises to create jobs, promote trade and lift people out of poverty.
The more shoes we collect, the more funds benefit the Saint Frances Animal Center.
You can drop off the shoes at Saint Frances Animal Center, Georgetown Kraft Credit Union locations in Georgetown, Andrews and Pawleys Island, Belk of Georgetown and inside Inlet Square Mall, Get Carried Away in Pawleys Island and Petco in Pawleys Island.
